2. No Guarantee 

Astrological guidance is based on the interpretation of planetary movements, charts, and traditional principles. While we strive to provide accurate and meaningful insights, the nature of such services involves a degree of possibility and interpretation, and therefore results may not always be accurate or guaranteed. Individual outcomes can vary due to numerous external factors beyond our control.

3. Voluntary Participation

4. Limitation of Liability

6. Delivery Timeline and Format of Reports

Astrological reports and consultations will be delivered in PDF format within 24 to 48 hours from the time of booking, but only during standard working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

The reports will be sent to the client via WhatsApp or email, based on the contact details provided during booking.
Requests made outside working hours or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of our services, no refunds or cancellations will be processed once a consultation or remedy has been provided or scheduled.
Additionally, fees paid are non-transferable. This means that the amount paid cannot be transferred to another individual, session, or future service under any circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, remedies, and consultation formats, is our exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
